Overdrive magazine titles may count towards satisfying the magazine standards.
This applies to the regulations related to subscribing to and making available for use at least ten different periodicals which are indexed in the Readers Guide to Periodical Literature or other recognized periodical indexes. §141.25 (c) (5) (v) for local libraries, §141.26 (b) (4) (v) for local library members of a library system, and §141.27 (c) (3) (v) for branch libraries.
This also applies to the regulations related to periodical totals found in §141.21 (2) (iii) (C) for local libraries, §141.22 (d) (4) for District Library Centers, §141.24 (e) (4) for Library Systems.
